Standing in a sea of corn. Noticing the braided structure of each one. Saying goodbye to daylight and welcoming the night. This is not a stereotypical ending. This is intentional weaving out of daylight.
The vastness is almost overwhelming. Feeling like a small but free creature, able to run on the existing paths. The structure of my surroundings are so relaxing. Forming an opposition with the screens I am used to see a great deal of my time. Imagining I can touch the corn and feel them with my eyes. They are real. They do exist. They aren’t blazing pixels with an overdose of blue light.
Enjoying the here and now. Appreciating that this place exists and isn’t a wallpaper.
