I just find it such a pleasant occupation to wonder about the magnificent architecture of the past.
Standing there, feeling a bit small. Imagining the things that had happened before or that could have happened. It always makes me silent.
What if this church, the Sint-Michielskerk in Leuven would be used as a library? Filled with books and writing tables while there is some classical music playing in the background.
But then, the details of the elegant volutes bring me back to reality. Time to move on.
