✨ It’s the little moments for me ✨
Some of you probably already know that I am a big fan of slow living. From now on I’ll be sharing on Instagram and my blog how I live my slow life ;). So if you are interested, this is for you ⬇️
What is slow living now? Do you become a lazy passive human being? No, definitely not. It is about reconnecting with yourself, family, friends and surroundings especially when things get rough. Slow living is literally “going back to basics”. Finding joy in the little things like the sun shining through my curtains. A peaceful moment. A sweet memory.
It’s hard to explain how this lifestyle works in a single post because slow living is more than what’s written above.
That being said, I’ll be showing and describing glimpses of how I use this mindset in different aspects of my life.
To give an idea, I apply a slow mindset for my:
– physical & mental health
– self-development
– core values
– creativity
– relationships
Please keep in mind I am far from perfect. By being open about my slow living journey, I would like to raise awareness about a balanced lifestyle while at the same time being realistic. Who wants a perfectionist anyway ;)?
