This is a warm oatmeal bowl with all kinds of powders & spices (matcha, cinnamon, pepper, cacao & protein powder) with vanilla soy milk. It tastes delicious and I always make way too much!
I think everyone agrees maintaining healthy food habits is important. But if we are realistic, we know that is not so self-evident. After a busy study day, It’s not very likely I am going to cook myself a diverse meal even though I know it’s better. But sometimes, you just want to stop being hungry so you can continue what you were doing. (In my case)
So here am I, collecting easy recipes & cooking hacks to nourish my body and learning more about plant-based nutrition. As some of you know, I’ve been eating vegan for a while now so I am not a newbie as it comes to vegan recipes, but I do want to dive deeper into efficient, seasonal & low-waste cooking. I’ve already got some tips and tricks to share as well but that’s for later.
