SLOW LIVING IN DEADLINE SEASON📚

Deadline season is coming and I am already stressing out because of the huge workload. I know it’s typical for students and I am well aware I am not the only one (Oof 😅)

Especially now, when we want to do everything but not face our uni work, it is important to take nourishing breaks that actually give our brains a moment of peace. Go give yourself (an intentional) break!

So here is what I (try to) do when I need a break:

  • water my plants & look for any changes/growth
  • take a nap
  • eat a snack
  • remember my “why”
  • chat with friends
  • go for a walk/run
  • make some tea
  • listen to music and vibe
